All sales are final. Because this is a limited-edition drop, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellohello@doublehi.co and include your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement if available or a refund at our discretion.

We aim to ship in-stock orders within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Orders will be shipped within 6 weeks of ordering or refunded if quantities are not met.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Our products are released in small quantities and may not be restocked. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it, and items may sell out before checkout is completed.
